Start Over

Wow! Where did the time go? The best thing about the New Year is that you get to start over. And that is what I'm doing.

PaperWhimsy Canvas Back Shrine

Here is my shrine to the seaside.  The challenge was to make a shrine from the back of a canvas. This was the first time I used crackle paint and it was so easy to use.  The shells are from my beach.

Spring is in the air!

Wow! So much for good intentions! A family emergency has sent me from my sunny beach to the temperate region of New Jersey. I am staying in the beautiful township of Belleville, on the north border of Newark. I am twenty minutes away from bustling Manhattan (via the Lincoln Tunnel). If you were a Soprano fan you know the place. I'm a Jersey Girl and I'm proud of it.
While here I've been working on some quotes for a paperwhimsy project. Fun to do and a challenge too.

Inch by inch it's a cinch!
